Sorry to be a negative nancy, but this really wasn't what I was expecting. 

It's pretty good tho, don't get me wrong, but I was waiting for some nice dutty, grimey, b-lines and harsh, crisp snare action. This is just a bit too old skool for me. It doesn't really seem like there's any kind of forward movement here. No offence to you guys at Firewall, but if I wanted to listen to old skool I would have looked out one of my old tapes or asked Hamish to do a mix for me.

The kinda stuff I was expecting was the stuff that Hardcore Beats, Bass Invaders, Cyberfunk, Fusetrax and Breaks FM have been up to. Jambo knows the sound I mean dont ya boy?

Wicked mixing all the way through tho, a few of the tunes were fuckin spot on and I did enjoy it, but like I said, just not what I was expecting.
