long n short of it is that we can't afford to get big Dj's down to intimate venues
as it loses us fuckloads of money!
we've now got a venue we can charge ont he door on so we'd be foolish to not book the big dj's there and charge the ppl to come along
if we had the support we had last night week in week out then again it wouldn't be a cause for concern but the fairweather fans only seem to come along whe the temperature goes over 250 degrees...
So it's a shame really but the people of newbury have pretty much killed off the flagship of free music entertainment in the town by not supporting it. pat yourselves ont he back

Damn right. New venue should bring in some pennies and also the back of the tap being open will deffo attract more people. I know a handful of peeps that don't like the idea of the sweatbox action that's been going on at the tap on recent weeks, but have said that they would probly come down when the back gets opened. |

yeah unfortunatly due to windows xp being shit we have lost the pics from those 2 nights as the user file got deleted somehow so all the files on the desk top have vanished as it has reset back to bog standard first start up setting
