ooops haven't posted any threads up for a while about our recent sunday nights.
So you missed smoothie this week who literally broke his foot kicking us in the face
with some dutty narsty basslines (honest he didactually break his foot!). All good fun.
Current thinking is that the back bit will re-open for a Christmas party of some description,
towards the end of December. We're quite happy in the warm pub at the minute though,
as it gets freezing assed cold when you're hanging out in the garden on winter nights anyway
that's less than 8 weeks away now,so watch out for news of that one.
Anyway onto this week:
Vapouor is up in london recording a set for Kool fm so i gotta find someone else to cover
but you can count on hearing some dirty jump up filth from the Drunken
Monks box and a debut set from DJ Blueprint.
If we remember to bring all the right plugs and leads along we should start at 8pm,
but more often than not we forget loads of stuff and it starts late. Then we'll be
wrapping things up promptly at eleven before staggering off home.

lol - No not at all young Kenwood. My phone was dead and I had no charger. The beauty of not being able to drive meant that I could do nothing about this as I was in Basingstoke, I had no transport for the Tap either...With my phone being dead I borrowed me Mrs' phone to ask Janet to let Mike know the situation and then realised he was in london anyway! I did say though that I didn't think getting in would be too possible...I might chance driving next week...See how the toe goes! |
