i have a 2sec delay from from midi keyboard to the cubase program, can anyone tell me how i can change it to 0 secs pls

what soundcard you using?Huh??, if its onboard or a shit one, thats your problem.
you can change latency settings, but if your cards a bit pants it wont make that much difference.
