Just seen on the web that Leanardo Di Caprio's production company has snapped up the rights to turn Ninja Scroll and Akira into blockbusting hollywood action smashers....

Ninja Scroll is such a sick film, I'm well hyped about this

only thing is I'm not quite as up for waiting til they finish it in 2010 (they haven't even written the script yet...)

Hmm would be weird to see Akira as a non animated movie, that is probably one of my top picks on anime movies. It's pretty nice for the time period.
