i was wondering if someone could give me a quick lesson on eq? i would like to know what frequencys my drums, bass, etc should be at

try
kick at 80hz (roll off anything under this to odb)
snare at 200hz (roll off anything under this to odb)
bass at 50 hz (roll off 80hz and 200hz to 0db to give your kick and snare room to breath)
nothing over 3000khz on bass
nothing over 10.000khz on drums
nothing under 8000khz on high hats
nothing under 300hz on synths
nothing over 2000khz on synths
